The rooms are fully air conditioned provided with double glass pane windows. The residence is available only to no smokers, meaning that smoking is allowed only outdoors.

The bedrooms have garden view and are provided with spacious wardrobes, air conditioning and all necessary comforts. They are also provided with double glass windows, 2 bedside tables, 4 pillows, bed sheets, air conditioning units. (2 bedrooms have air conditioning units while on the third bedroom there is a fan and a desk.)
The main bedroom of the surface of 20 sq.m. contains a double bed. The second bedroom of the surface of 20 sq.m. contains 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom of the surface of 9 sq.m. contains a single bed.

Fully equipped with most modern technology furniture and appliances offering full functionality and disposing of all necessary cooking equipment. It consists of a refrigerator, a deep freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, a cooking range with three hot plates, one hot plate, a toaster, a boiler and a kitchen table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is connected with the veranda and the garden.

A spacious living/dining room consisting of 2 comfortable leather conches (of 5 persons) and a small table.
In the same area there is a 25’’ satellite TV, a CD-DVD player and floor lighting for a better atmosphere. Just next to the living room area there is the dining room table with six chairs, a sideboard and some decoration items.

The bathroom is provided with a bathtub and a shower. There is a big mirror and a storage wardrobe for towels and laundry.

It is a small room containing a washing machine, ironing accessories and all necessary house cleaning.

Catherine’s Home is perimetrically surrounded by the veranda and the grass covered garden containing a garden table for 6 persons, a sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds. The decoration flowers embellish even more the area so that the visitor can enjoy his stay in a peaceful, most comfortable and full natural beauty landscape.
